The Santa Monica College Student Services project features new construction of a 3 story, 100,000 square foot building. Below the 3 stories of administrative space is a 3 story 500 car parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations. The administrative space is a campus hub for students for enrollment services and features a auditorium with theatrical lighting. The roof was fitted with a photo-voltaic panels for efficient energy consumption.
