Modernization

At Neubauer Electric, we pride ourselves with our sustainable and modern approach. According to the US Department of Energy, commercial buildings use 68% of the electricity in the United States. The current process of creating this electricity continues to impair the environment on a daily basis. At Neubauer Electric, we are dedicated to installing more efficient ways of producing this energy, as well as creating efficient strategies to reduce building’s overall demands. We include staff with accreditation from the Green Building Certification Institute in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). Our staff can provide insight into helping the environment, as well as the project budget. As the “green” mindset becomes more ubiquitous throughout the construction industry, Neubauer Electric’s past experience and expertise will continue to remain ahead of other electrical contractors.

LEED

LEED is an internationally recognized green building certification system. This process offers third-party verification that a building or community was designed and built using strategies aimed at reducing energy and water usage, promoting better indoor air quality, and improving quality of life. Neubauer Electric was an early adopter of LEED and has completed several projects that are LEED certified.

Renewable Energy

Renewable Energy is here to stay and new buildings construction requirements demand energy efficiency. Solar power and energy storage are great additions to projects that allow for reduced operating costs and possible tax credits. Neubauer Electric has embraced renewable energy and sustainability since inception.

Lighting Control & IOT

Advanced lighting control systems allow control of complete building systems. Daylight and occupancy sensors bundled into energy efficient led light fixtures help create a digital network of devices for complete energy control. These systems allow for a collection of data so a building can operate lighting, power and air quality to the most efficient levels. These systems also allow expansion for security and other future systems.
