Construction of a new 36,000 square foot facility in Patton, CA. The new facility encompassed a new kitchen, high capacity food storage, with drive in refrigerators and freezers. The infrastructure included key card access, Personal Duress Alarm System (PDSA), closer circuit television (CCTV), and a diesel backup generator. In addition to the new building, remodeling of 7 existing satellite kitchens in 5 separate buildings was completed.
